Entitlements
- Admission to TRAVEX (strictly based on TRAVEX name badges)
- Access to ASEAN Tourism Conference
- Entry to media briefings by ASEAN member countries
- Entry to Opening and Closing ceremonies, and Welcome and Farewell Dinners
- Specific invitations are required for access to all other events or functions in the official ATF 2024 Programme
- Complimentary airport transfers to official hotels at stipulated timing
- Complimentary daily shuttles to/from official hotels, venue and official functions
- Accredited Hosted Media may be hosted with economy flights and/or hotel accommodation. Hosted Media are requested to book their own economy class flights (reimbursement will be provided subject to a capped amount) and provide their check-in/out dates. Complimentary hotel accommodation will be allocated by the organiser based on the dates provided in the agreement
Key Dates
| 29 September 2023 | Deadline for registration / amending of details |
| 1 November 2023 | Registrants will be notified of application status via email. Hosted media will receive the hosted media agreement. |
| 1 December 2023 | Deadline for Hosted Media to submit their signed agreement online |
| 10 January 2024 | Hosted Media will be notified of hotel accommodation allocated |
The above dates are subject to change without prior notice. Please note that all media registrants must be accredited, and you will receive a confirmation email if your application is approved.
